I am proud to be a part of the Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT) team after a long run of service to the state higher education system in the country. IIT is one of the best options available for alternative higher education in Sri Lanka, having developed deep expertise in two disciplines: Computing and Business, with its British partners.
The Business School at IIT offers courses in Technology of Business and Business Management, both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, all quality assured by the respective agencies in the UK and Scotland. Our syllabuses are constantly updated with our partner universities are the University of Westminster, UK, and the Robert Gordon University, Scotland.
One notable advantage of an IIT education is the full one-year industrial training provided to undergraduates as part of the degree programme. By the time of graduation, all our students become industry-ready graduates and our business graduates are absorbed by high-profile corporates across the country.
